Featured Project: 6 Salon (Birmingham, MI)
Development of 6 Salon involved renovations of an existing ground level, 3,600 SF retail storefront in a mixed-use building and was completed in 2013. This project involved relocating and expanding a nearby 12-station salon, doubling the capacity, and making use of many existing elements.
Mechanical Engineering services for this project include duct layout, diffusers and air distribution, plumbing of coffee bars and small kitchen, and sprinkler system modifications required by code.
Electrical Engineering services for this project include telephone/data conduits and outlets, branch power distribution and circuits, wiring devices and outlets, interior lighting systems, exit and emergency lighting, and additional fire alarm device modifications required by code.
