Salim Sessine, P.E. – President
Salim has over 35 years of professional experience in the design and management of mechanical heating, ventilating, refrigerating, air conditioning, plumbing, process piping, fire protection and energy management systems for a variety of building types.
Salim is an experienced administrator and is knowledgeable in the overall direction of projects from start to finish. During his career, Salim has broadened his experience and has established relationships within the architecture, engineering and construction community.
John Richards, P.E. – Director of Operations
John has over 35 years of experience in managing and designing complex mechanical systems for a variety of building types. He is familiar with building delivery methods, construction/design sequencing and the coordination requirements of complex buildings. He is an experienced LEED designer and has been involved in many LEED certified projects.
John is responsible for project management and the coordination of the mechanical discipline’s design, and document production with our technical staff.
Scott Wheeler, P.E. – Director of Electrical Engineering
Scott has over 25 years of experience in the management and design of power distribution systems, life safety and standby power systems, lighting, fire alarm, grounding and communications systems for a variety of building types. He is familiar with building delivery methods, construction/design sequencing and the coordination requirements of complex buildings.
Scott is responsible for the coordination of the electrical discipline’s design and document production with our technical staff.
Gene R. Simo – Principal
Gene has over 45 years of experience in the management and design of mechanical heating, ventilating, refrigerating, air conditioning, plumbing, process piping, fire protection and energy management systems for a variety of building types. He is familiar with building delivery methods, construction/design sequencing, and the coordination requirements of complex buildings. Gene is an experienced LEED designer.
