Chelsea Milling Company is a 10,000 SF food processing R&D Facility consisting of pilot plant, manufacturing mock-up area, sales kitchen and public tour reception area.
Mechanical Engineering services for this project include HVAC systems, plumbing and building drainage systems, sprinkler system riser and specifications.
Electrical Engineering services for this project include electrical service and main power distribution, branch power distribution and circuits, interior lighting systems, emergency and exit lighting, wiring devices and outlets, telephone service, telephone/data outlets and conduit stubs to ceiling space, electrical services and connections to mechanical and building equipment, fire alarm system, and security systems conduit and outlets. In addition, the relocation of main high voltage electrical service to plant was included in this LEED project.
