Featured Project: 2/42 Community Church (Brighton, MI)
2/42 Community Church was a renovation project, which was completed in 2013. Renovations for this project include a 21,500 SF addition (gym, small auditorium, gathering and conference spaces), 11,000 SF nursery infill and rework of utilities to 11,000 SF below new nursery, upgrade of HVAC and lighting to 16,000 SF for the main auditorium and expanded balcony, and rework of ventilation for 20,000 SF soccer field, including relocation of HVAC units.
Mechanical Engineering services for this project include new HVAC systems, modifications of plumbing and building drainage systems, and sprinkler system riser and specifications.
Electrical Engineering services for this project include evaluation of existing electrical service and main power distribution, branch power distribution/circuits, interior lighting systems, emergency and exit lighting, wiring devices and outlets, telephone/data outlets, electrical services and connections to mechanical and building equipment, fire alarm system, and A/V and security systems.
