Featured Project: GKN Driveline – Headquarters and Research Building (Auburn Hills, MI)
GKN Driveline – Headquarters and Research Building is a new 160,000 SF facility, consisting of 90,000 SF of office space and 70,000 SF of research space. Construction was completed in November 2014.
Mechanical Engineering services for this project include design of all HVAC systems, plumbing including underground process waste in Test Area, process distribution piping design, building drainage systems, and sprinkler system riser and specifications.
Electrical Engineering services for this project include electrical service and main power distribution, branch power distribution and circuits, interior lighting systems, emergency and exit lighting, wiring devices and outlets, telephone service, telephone/data outlets and conduit stubs to ceiling space, electrical services and connections to mechanical and building equipment, fire alarm system, security systems conduit and outlets, and security lighting and controls.
